- Belly Dancer of the Universe
Sitamun presents Jamileh, the Belly Dancer of
the University in 2004, in a 2-day workshop and
show May 17-18, 2008 at the National Guard Armory,
18500 Roxbury Road, Hagerstown, MD. Saturday workshop
features Egyptian technique and American style
bellydance and jazz fusion. Sunday features a
modern Egyptian style choreography. Saturday evening

Memorial Day Weekend at Camp Greenlane 249 Camp

of world class dance teachers for 2008 includes

Christina King, Ede Thurrell, Ibrahim Tunc and

Farasha & Su'ad Dance & Designs presents
Aszmara in a workshop and hafla Saturday, Sept.
6, 2008 at the Holiday Inn, Somerset, NJ. Aszmara
will be teaching a 3-hour workshop (topic TBA)
from 10 to 1; afternoon hafla is from 2:30 to
4:30. Workshop participants are invited to perform.

New Jersey dance event at the Old Bridge First
Aid and Rescue Squad building, route 18 north,
Old Bridge, featuring 3 mini-workshops during
the day by Su'ad, Farasha and special guest instructor,Gia
Al Qamar, plus early evening Hafla. Vending
